Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please take note of our cancellation terms:
1. Free Cancellation – Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.
2. Late Cancellation – Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are subject to a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
3. No-Show – Guests who fail to show up for the tour without prior notice will be charged the full price of the tour.
4. Rescheduling – Requests to reschedule a tour must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
5. Operator Cancellations– In the rare event that we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances), guests will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
